Halloween Safe Zone – Blue Ridge

The Blue Ridge Business Association is planning a “back to normal” Safe Zone for 2021, but with that said the health of the community and yet unknown city restrictions may require them to make changes, even at the last moment, so please check back often to see if changes are required.

Costume Contest will begin at 5:30 pm – Categories coming soon
Pet category is for dogs and cats only. No large animals.
