We strive to contribute value commensurate with our client’s HR, Finance, Operations and Procurement goals and objectives by providing experience, expertise, performance, technology, and stability to effectively manage the relocation needs of their most important asset – human capital. As a boutique industry player, with less than 20 employees, our clients have easy access to the founders and owners – there is no hierarchy to work through for decision-making.
Our identity is in our level of service. Because of that we have never lost a client in our 20+ year existence. In fact, the founders of mobilitymatters have never lost a client with either of the two RMCs they founded and operated covering 30+years and 50+ clients.
Following the 2001 sale of its Atlanta-based Relocation Management Company (RMC), Ed and Connie Stinson formed mobilitymatters in 2002, consulting with corporations and RMCs on employee relocation best-practices, process improvement, program design and policy development. Consulting clients included: Turner Broadcasting, InterContinental Hotels Group, The Home Depot, Oxxford Relocation, Interstate Relocation, and Lexicon Relocation, just to name a few. Following the expiration of its non-compete, mobilitymatters, llc was incorporated in 2006 as a full-service, global relocation management company offering customized employee relocation services to multinational companies with significant operations in the southeastern United States and with a primary focus: to provide its corporate clients the best value in employee-mobility services, defined as the combination of price and service.
