Free Parking in the Blue Ridge City-owned lots, Mountain Street, and BR City Hall beginning at 4 p.m.
Candy distribution starts at 5 pm
Costume Contest will begin at 5:30 pm –
Categories
Infant to 2 years
3 to 4 year olds
5 to 6 year olds
7 to 8 year olds
9 to 10 year olds
11 to 14 year olds
15 to 17 year olds
18 & up
Groups of any size.
Pet category is for dogs and cats only. No large animals.
Located at East Main Street between Church St. and Mountain Street
E. Main Street will be closed to traffic for the safety of our children
